Healthy Way Canola Cooking Spray

Healthy Way Canola cooking spray may be fat-free, but it's also free of any good attributes. I used this spray to cook eggs and it seemed as though it actively made them stick to the pan more. The product sprays out thick and coats the pan in what looks like something that came from a fire extinguisher. It didn't appear to have a negative effect on the flavor of the eggs, but that's the only possible compliment this product could receive.
